Up a little today to 214.4.
Wifey's back is hurting a lot, so I am having to care for her. She had a "patty sausage" sized slice of skin removed and has stitches. She may be milking it a bit. But I am taking care of her nonetheless. I got her cheese and crackers, and some other goodies she asked for at around 8PM last night, and of course I had to have some. I also roasted some almonds, and had to eat on those too. And drank 2-3 diet soda's. All this after the time I usually stop eating. So yes, I think that made my weigh in higher.
Cant only blame myself of course, she did not make me eat it. I could have said "Make it yourself!". lol, not worth it in the grand scheme.
Yesterday I should have rode my bike, but since i had school, I did not. Today I plan on doing it after work. Heck, I may do tomorrow too. With Ramadan around the corner I may have to squeeze them in. I like to rest Thurs so I can ride Fri though..
Today, back at work after taking a few well placed days off.
Not much on Agenda. I know I have a big dinner later, so maybe salad for lunch! Who knows.
