I'm kind of ticked this morning- my weight was up and I ate very carefully yesterday. I was expecting it to stay the same at least. Other than four squares of dark chocolate I had, I ate fine and watched it all day. The family had pizza for dinner and I ate a carb free lean cusine and more veggies on the side and a skinny cow for a snack. The lean cusine does have 860 mg. of sodium though, so I am thinking I may be retaining extra water from that. I can kind of feel that kind of weight from sodium in my body, esp. in my hands. I really wanted to be under 150 this next week, but now feel like I will have to eat perfectly and I haven't had my cheat meal yet this week. I plan to eat veggie pizza and salad tomorrow night while we have company over. I have had a few cheats though throughout the week and I am having usually 3 squares of dark chocolate a day. I probably need to cut that out or down. Although they are about 1 point a piece from Weight Watchers points, so not too bad really.

I went to the gym as usual yesterday even though my workout buddy could not go. I ended up seeing another mom from school there I had told that she could join us so I showed her some machines and we played some basketball too. I got my son Ty out of the childcare room to shoot around too and then Ty and I did sprints back and forth across the gym. He loved working out with mom and being able to run and I was glad it was something we could do together. I like setting an example of how good it feels to exercise and be healthy.

I'm working on a list of recipes for lunches, dinners and sides that I will try to cut and paste onto a post entry here to share with everyone soon.

On the up side, my hubby said he can tell I am looking slimmer several times so far. I also was at my friends house for a haircut this week and her husband asked how much weight I had lost. I said "do I look thinner?!" He said yes, totally. So that is a plus! I really think the weight training is pulling things in and more together even though I have not gone to smaller clothing- my belly is the most stubborn!!

Try not to worry - it can only be something like water retention, not a real gain. Just keep up all the good work you have been and you'll soon see the scales moving back down in the right direction! You're being such a great role model for your kids with all that exercise too. Good luck!! :)
