So I have about 20 lbs to go...this has been one of the hardest things I've ever done...I really need to find someone to work out with....I know that I can't do it on my own...After my aneurism I fight chronic fatigue and without someone not pushing me I know I won't do it on my own...
76.8 kg Lost so far: 51.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
