Well today was a little better than yesturday....had the following:
1 Slim Fast Shake for breakfast 1 chicken club sandwhich (1 small piece chicken breast, little letuce, tomato, 1 slice cheese) no condiments 1 corn on the cob for snack at 4 however, tomorrow im strating it strickt! gonna follow it with no excuse... till sat... and then saturday going to the water park with my brother and his fiance so im super duper excited and really want to drop a few pounds till then ...
