It just occurred to me that since I started cutting out added sugars and limiting grains I'm feeling more energized. The afternoon slump is gone, apart from my boring job with saps my energy I certainly feels 10x better that when my diet was carb filled all day. I don't have crazy cravings which I can also attribute to meal prep, this has been my savior!
