Hello. I’m 36 years old, a mom of 4 and I had my last child about a year and 3 months. I have stage 2 hypertension and I am on maintenance for 2 months now. This pushed me to lose weight and my goal is to lose at least 20 lbs just to bring down or hope normalize my blood pressure. I believe that I can do it but I need motivation, support and pay close attention to my goal of losing weight. This app has given me hope to do what I want to succeed in for myself. I pray that everyday will be a good journey for me and that I won’t give up. Plus, it is good to know that I have people like me who posts their journal which will encourage me to pursue my goal. We can do this! ❤️🙏

You can do it! I had a bp of 170/100 was 57 pounds overweight and in two months lost 26 pounds and my bp is 127/77 heart rate 55-65 no pills. I drink 3 litres of water daily and healthy eat with low to no salt 100grams of carbs a day or less and less than 20 grams of fat a day. I walk 60 minutes a day or 4 miles and it’s working! You can do this so believe in yourself @cejb
