I haven't been on here in a few days. I was finding that I could easily spend hours at a time on here and not get a dang thing around the house done, so I had to cut it back! Weigh in day is tomorrow, I am hoping/praying for a continued downward movement on the scale to keep me motivated!!! I started a new fitness class this week, and continue to do my elliptical at home, so let's hope it's been working! I think next month I'm going to switch to a weight lifting class, that has had big results for me in the past. Let's go blue!

Oh yeah, it is terribly easy to get lost on here! lol I started to feel guilty about it, until I realized that it was helping me to LOSE weight.. FINALLY!! I told my hubby, "yes, I do spend a lot of time on here... but I'm getting healthier for it, and for that.... I don't care, it IS WORTH IT, for me, anyways." =D Keeps me out of the junk or snacking, too. lol Looking forward to hearing about your loss tomorrow, too!! Good LUCK!

Sounds like you are doing great this week! I know what you mean about spending time here. It's really addicting. Like BT said, it helps me lose weight too. You only have so much time in the day, so just get online when you have a chance and get a boost from all your buddies!! GO BLUE!!

It is easy to check the clock and before I know it i've been on here for hrs too. I'm considering it education though...lol. My stuff is also falling behind....Weight lifting would be fun. I went a couple times but the gym here is full of experienced people and I just felt like I was in the way.....I wish there was a beginners class. Good luck with tomorow....I'll be glancing in the morning.
