大破酮
昨天吃了桂圓芋頭蛋糕+粉腸+高粱香腸+喜餅+1包星巴克蛋捲+半包義美蛋捲+核桃

週一至週五禁口、週六週日放縱就是這樣
體重上升2公斤,真的很恐怖(沒有戒糖)
不忌口的情況就是這樣
