Had a great walk today. Almost 10k. Weather was lovely. I can’t believe how much I crave exercise once I start. Before I started I was lucky if I was walking 10km in a week. Now I’m walking 10km a day. Before I started my diet I was having 4-5 pieces of toast for breakfast, because I was sad or bored or thought I was still hungry. Now I am satisfied with one or two. Before I started this I was having 3 glasses of wine a day now I’m having that much per week. I have to admit that although it’s only been a week I’m feeling much better already and am encouraged with my initial weight loss!!
