Week 4

Yay, down another pound. My weight loss has definitely slowed down but still, a loss is a loss.
So I've been dieting for 4 weeks and after starting at 153 have dropped to 144! I suppose that's good.

I just gotta keep it up.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

great work fantastic going like you say keep it up and dont worry its slowing they say slower you lose the more likely it is to STAY OFF!!! go you
