Am amazed at how my energy level has improved eating like this (basically Keto). I had to cut my coffee intake in half because it was becoming too much. I may even have to start exercising.
102.3 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
