2 wide grip pull ups
8 assisted pullups 16 and 4 assisted pullups 12
Goal for next week is 3 wide grip pull ups

Had a good convo with my friend about cheat days. He basically said dont do them since I go over board and instead incorporate one cheat snack or meal every day. I also think planning out my meals in the morning or the night before will help too. Feeling great and looking forward to this week. Happy Sunday Everyone! I am not sure I can remember the color codes HCB but if I read your journal enough times Ill remember :P
