I think I need a nutritionist. Someone to tell me what to eat every day, with recipes included. However, the plan needs to take into account that my husband eats more then I though he's ok with low/no carb however my daughters are growing girls and need the carbs along with a balanced diet. Plus one can't/won't eat fish and the other truly doesn't like meat but will eat it if pushed. Any thoughts or suggestions? I don't really have the funds to go to a nutritionist so any reliable, safe, free websites that can help me plan a weekly menu would be great.
Thanks!

The Home Delivery Food Kits are SUCH a ripoff. I am fortunate enough to have gone to culinary school. I can honestly say that you don't need those kits to eat beautifully. Spend the money on some good quality pots and pans, a few nonstick, a set of good knives, some basic tools, a mandolin, a food processor, maybe a spiralizer and an indoor grill. I highly recommend Ziploc Zip N'Steam bags for cooking your veggies for dinner. A microwave omelet pan is a great purchase and not expensive. Again, I recommend dietdoctor.com. I wish you a rewarding rediscovery.

I can understand using a website to meal plan, but I agree with Anne, those food kits are kind of ridiculous. Grocery stores are fairly user-friendly.

That’s right, Phil. Especially if you avoid the aisles except for basics like spices, condiments, etc. SHOP THE PERIMETER! should be everyone’s healthy diet mantra!

I am overwhelmed by the support and advice. Thank you all so much. I printed out some free weekly plans from emeals to see if they were doable. I let my children look through to pick out meals they would like to help make and eat. This weekend I'll create the shopping plan and we'll see how next week goes. Thank you again and I'll be sure to check out all the other websites as well.
