Kind of took it easy today. Yesterday was a load day so thought it would be best to have a full day of rest. Plan on spinning tomorrow. I have another load day on Monday.

Good for you - CMC is going to be so cool for you. You are doing great preparation. I am planning to ride 25 miles in a cycling event for pancreatic cancer in later September, so sort of "training" for a goal as well.
