have you tried meal prep?

I agree with mapasekat, most of the time you have no idea what ingredients are used. No 1 is home prep, cook in bulk if you must so that you always have homemade even sandwiches/wraps etc. That way you have the control and are not blindly feeding your body with toxins.

Hi, I travel a lot for work so I understand your problem. Spar sell small green salads and chicken by the piece. Biltong and nuts are also good proteins, just watch quantities - pre-pack and weigh before hand. Good luck!

Hi Morne. I always get a piece of rotisserie chicken from Woolies. They also have low carb snacks in their till ques.

I work long shifts so I pack food for 34hrs. Plain yogurt and fresh berries, nuts, biltong, cottage cheese and some raw veg to dip in it, any cheese really. I love mini babybel cheese rounds- high in protein and fat, almost no carbs. Woolies carb clever seed and nut bars are useful when there's nothing else low carb around. Shredded chicken and mayo is fun. Nandos chicken livers for something different. Good luck!

biltong, drywors, boiled eggs, canned tuna or sardines with the ring tab, canned/prepacked chicken. if you can do dairy- double cream yoghurt or goats cheese is quite good. cold meats -but go for tongue/roast beef or shoulder hams. Things like polony or sandwich ham have gluten and other things in them.

For stomach issues, I recently digestive enzymes to be a godsend. They help ease the discomfort without you having to sacrifice certain foods. Im on high carb, high protein diet for muscle gain and it's helped a lot. Currently using Native Digestive Complex. This one also has probiotics, not that I know what that means. Lol.
