Hey guys! Well today is Day 13 for me on the FSD and I feel pretty good. I haven't followed the diet to the T, but I've followed it like 90% which is way better than I've ever done before.. Still, the results have been pretty good, I've lost about 8 lbs so far! ( I have a really crappy scale so I dont know exactly) The last 2 days, I have been really busy and I haven't been able to eat the 4/5 times a day like I am supposed to, and I think that it's slowed down my weight loss. But I will try and get back on track with the meals starting today. I've exercised 3 times so far this week, so I have to do it this weekend. I wanted to know if anyone can give me the names of some easy to make recipes without a lot of weird ingredients lol. I am not familiar with all those crazy herbs and spices, and even though I wanna learn, I wanna start out easy. Thanks guys!
