Ugh, the stress is getting to me this week. My son has pink eye and I am scrambling to find a sitter to watch him. I had to cancel a luncheon today, goodbye $255. So I coped w/ that by shoving 2 fatty high calorie danishes in my mouth for breakfast. I guess I will have to exercise an extra hour for that.

Yes they are! Luckily, I have some yummy salad greens and carrots to eat for the rest of the day.

AW, pinkeye is ever so ickie, sorry to hear it. It's hard to break the habit(addiction?) of using food to cope, I still struggle with that myself. As long as you get right back on track you will be fine! Salad sounds like a good plan!
