Wow! I'm watching "The Secret Behind the Secret" on the Oprah show, and I am dumbfounded! I have not read the book called the Secret nor have I seen the show about the secret, but I cannot believe how true the message is that these women on the show are talking about. They believe that everything you say and everything you do and everything that you think all become a manifestation of your reality. This could not be more true. I am in my third weight watchers attempt and the one thing that I have noticed that is different from the first two times is my thinking. I am not thinking about the superficial aspects of wanting weight loss, rather I am focusing on being healthy, I am focusing on the good that I have accomplished and not worrying about the actual weight. I guess I just want to say to myself, and to anyone who reads this...FOCUS ON THE GOOD, AND GOOD THINGS WILL COME!

My husband "fired the grid" (its a positive thinking meditation thing) on 7-7-07 and since We purchased a house, 2 vehicles, a snowmobile, and a boat. LOL. All are payed except the house. It really is a miracle especially if you seen my credit history. I am still dumbfounded. He never gave up even when I did. So well said Abrianna. Keep positive!

Thank you for the reminder. I have read The Secret. I think sometimes, though, the timing has to be just right and part of that is your mindset. You are doing great!

You are so right! The Secret is such an amazing reminder to focus on the good. I know when my thinking becomes negative what I say does as well. This time around on WW for me I am into the tracking- food and exercise. Thank you for your reminder!
