I only had time to do weights today, no cardio and have other plans so I didn't want to get sweaty. I dropped today and was able to do 15 real (no knees) push ups. yeah! If I could drop 10-15 more pounds and continue to get stronger, I would love to go on American Gladitors and try to kick some butt as corny as it sounds! Not that I think that will happen, but feeling as strong as those contestants and getting in as good of shape as I can is my goal. I also love to eat though, so I am not going to be a skinny minny. It just won't happen. But, fit, lean and strong- absolutely!
I also have cut out one of my 2 cans of diet pop a day and funny thing is it is losing it's appeal for the one meal I have it. Just like things are tasting much sweeter when you don't have sweets. I feel so much better about what is going into my body these days. Thanks for your encouragement ladies. I hope we can all be the best we can be.
