OK, had my first downward movement on the scale today in a while! I'm hoping this momentum continues. I have switched up my diet, yes, yet again! I felt like I was eating too much on WW (could have something to do with the fact that I'm extremely impatient and wanted change NOW), so I started tracking everything at thedailyplate.com. There is a place on there where you put in how much you want to lose per week, your weight, height, and activity level, and they tell you how many calories to eat to lose that amount, so that is what I'm doing, plus my workouts and such. So far, the scale likes it. For my weight/height/activity level, I am trying to stay between 1200-1400 calories to lose 1.5 to 2 lbs per week.

Woohoo! Congrats on your progress with the scale! You know my opinion of scales so it is so nice that yours is behaving! Your new eating plan sounds sensible. Best of luck for your continued success!

YEAH GIRL!!! Downward spiral is good in this instance! Did you see Biggest Loser this week. One of the gals gained 3 # & I couldn't figure this out. Well, remember our body can go into starvation mode & not loose weight. So we have to eat! Just be careful what we put in! Keep it up WOMAN!!! flying pom-pom's for you!!

YAY on the weight loss! It's good that you're trying something different if your current plan isn't working. Once you find a plan that is suited for you, then that weight chart will go FLYIN' downhill!!
