Yay! The scale is either not broken OR it is STILL broken...I didn't go back to that original weigh in number! Down .4 lbs. Maybe it was that walk I took yesterday, because it surely wasn't those cookies. :) But the only way that I am going to be able to do this long term is to not feel like I am giving EVERYTHING UP at once. So what's a few cookies..I am still within my calories and working on finding a balance to my 30/20/50 rule (in preparation for the Hungry No More challenge that starts today)!
So here we are...day 1 and I have a cold Activia yogurt calling my name. I've never tried the stuff, so I hope it's good. I bought alot of it!
