Wow I haven’t posted on here in a looooong time lol. I always feel really weird being on here because I don’t really struggle with my weight (ectomorphic tendencies) but I know most people do and I feel bad because I don’t want to make others feel bad if that makes any sense 🤷‍♀️
My goal is never to lose “weight” I’d like a bit of fat loss but I also need to put on muscle which is difficult for me. I put on 10 pounds last year! But not all of it was muscle. I’m guessing about half was. I do wanna bulk again but cleaner for sure. For now I’m still slooooowwwly trimming a little fat off.
I’m also transitioning to a more plant based diet. Not cutting out animal products but reducing to maybe 2 servings a day. And eating A LOT more plants!

My workouts have had ups and downs. I really doubled down on my form the past 6 months and not worrying about going SO heavy unless I can keep perfect form.

There are thousands of people on this site who use it for reasons other than weight loss. It is a good tracking tool for whatever you need to track and a great community. Just find people with similar goals, not all of them are hiding :)
