My body definitely loves being 63-62 kg.
Perhaps the only way to reach my fat secret goal is to try something completely out of the box, such as indoors climbing which I tried today.
If I can persist with indoors climbing, then I should manage to lose 1kg and reach 61 kg which is my goal. Let´s hope so.
