Did so much yesterday. Don't think I'll do that much today. Tennis and walking are always a daily thing. Bowled too hard last night-3 games. Last game was throwing a 16 lb ball. That was my best game.<100 Cool to know that playing musical instruments burn calories too!! Great!!
