Super excited! 😀 Especially with no exercise as I hurt my knee from exercise- go figure 😕 Long story short, I tripped down stairs in my 2 story home and hurt my knee really bad (Sep 2016), wasn’t put on to a proper care plan, wasn’t explained things properly, only bought a brace, tried to rest it (as much as possible), was told no operation was needed- just “time”. But in January 2017 I was about to start my chef course at college, life goes on, family, kids, housework, and I take care of my grandmother too. I was power walking 2 weeks ago, this time I challenged myself, I pushed even harder with choosing harder hills, inclines etc.., and that’s what stuffed it all up for me 😢 oh my did it scare the @&$?%# out of me!!! So, obviously because of not being able to exercise, I need to be more careful of my diet/food intake and that’s why I’m very pleased with myself that I’m losing the weight. I’m seeing a really good doctor now and am awaiting to have scans done and basically start the whole process from the beginning but in the right way 🙏🏻 Now that I’m down to 90kgs, I’m going to go through all of my notes, reassess myself and work out next step 🙂
