Sorry I haven’t done a journal enters in awhile been busy with school and sports and hitting the gym 6 days a week. Also going through some medical problems with my kidneys my bun and creatinine levels are high and liver enzymes as well been going back and fourth too the doctors about this and can’t figure it out what’s going on but still keeping my gym grind going. But I am not consuming enough calories for my body just nervous I will gain weight and go back to how I was in the past.
