Struggling. Too much to type as I prolly wouldn't get it orderly or succinct. Depressed and wondering what's the point?

Well you lost 20 pounds so far and I think that is great. Also you don't have too far to go! Pick a small goal, pick an eating plan, and work it! Eating better can help with depression and so can exercise. If you feel you can't kick the depression then perhaps seeing a counselor would be the next good step for you. Don't give up on yourself!!
