Hey guys,
I ate salad and fruit as a breakfast for every workday. It is slight win. But every win is a win. I go swimming today to strech muscles after gym workout. I did not keep 16/8 fasting this week but I reduced my calorie intake in the evenings. I will go 16/8 whenever I don't have a chance to eat salad as a breakfast.
83.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
